Workshop

The boys at Oamaru Motorcycles have always prided themselves with their clean workshop. The policy always has been to have clean painted floors and work benches. Also Rick who comes from as workshop background has always purchased the latest in tools and equipment.

Elder son Blair, who spent five years working for the World Suzuki motocross team in Belgium with New Zealands Josh Coppins, now has the set up to work on all types of engines and suspension work is a specialty. The modern suspension on motocross bikes is very specialised, Blair does a lot of servicing and special set ups for both front and rear units.

Having done a lot of work on brother Brads CBR600RR road race bike Blair can also can offer special set up work for all modern road bikes.

Brad is the workshop foreman, it's his smiling face that will meet you and will organise things to be repaired as well as general repair work.

Our apprentice Tim Rush races Motocross doing well in his class. He is learning everything from ATV mechanics to Motocross bike set up. He has a very bright future ahead of him.

We also have On Farm service available where one of our workshop staff will come and service your HONDA ATV at your place, making life a little bit easier for you.
